Derbyshire Peak District

The Derbyshire Peak District is just a short drive from Sheffield, Manchester and Derby. The area is famous for outdoor activities, spa town, stately homes and stunning scenery. Matlock is an ideal starting point for exploring the area.

The industrial heritage of the area has been granted World Heritage status, with the Derwent Valley Mills stretching for 15 miles along the banks of the River Derwent from Matlock Bath to Derby. There is also a wide selection of attractions for families with children.
